Lodging
We have one cabin that sleeps 5 people per room (total of 20 per cabin), with 2 bathrooms (multi-stall/shower). This cabin is a small walk away, but there is a wood pathway, and it is lit.
We have one cabin that has private rooms (10 available) with shared bathrooms. There is a $45 charge for a private room. If we don’t have enough campers for this cabin, you will not be charged and will be assigned to another cabin. This cabin is across the road from the workroom.
You do need to bring your own bedding and towels. They have bedding available to rent for $5 if you do forget yours. There is a lockable armoire next to each bed (you will need to provide the lock), along with an outlet and a small shelf. There is no privacy between the beds. These are not bunkbeds.
Parking
All vehicles must be parked in one of the designated parking lots. Vehicles may be parked near a building for loading/unloading purposes and then must be moved.
Meals/Menu
The following meals are included with camp, if you have indicated an allergy, there will be an accommodation for you. All meals will have a carb count available. Milk and some juice options are included. Feel free to bring any other beverages you’d like for the weekend (there will be a fridge available). We will have access to a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, microwave and refrigerator. You will need to bring your own coffee, tea, or k-cups. Water and ice will be provided. Friday/Saturday meals will be served cafeteria style, with a separate dining area. Chili will be serve-yourself in the dining area.
Workroom
Every camper will have an 8’ table and a banquet chair set-up when you arrive. We will group you with the person (people) you requested to sit next to. You can bring another table and/or your own chair. Each group will have access to an outlet; you might want to bring an extension cord and/or a power strip/tower. Wifi is available. There is also a coatroom for jackets, boots/footwear.
Things to Pack
Bedding and Pillow – These are twin camp mattresses, you may want a topper to make it more comfortable. Don’t forget your bedding and blankets. Not everyone sleeps in the same conditions if you bring a fan/humidifier or noise machine please be courteous to your cabin mates and ask before you use it. Cabins can be dry this time of the year…a humidifier helps.
Towels/Wash cloths/Toiletries – There are paper towels and hand soap in each bathroom but nothing else. You will need all your own linens and toiletries.
Clothes – It can be hard to regulate the temperature in this big of a space. It is recommended to bring layerable clothing. Slippers and sweaters are a good idea for the work room as well as the cabins.
Beverages – Water and ice will be provided by the camp. Along with milk and juice during our meals. Any other beverages are your responsibility. There is a fridge we can use.
Community Snack – We will have a snack table set up for those much-needed energy boosts. Please bring something for the table to share.
Workroom Supplies – Of course, don’t forget all your crafting tools and projects!!
Light and extension cord for you work station
Chairs or Seat Cushions – banquet chairs are provided for you
Slippers/Sweater for the work room
Snacks for your work area
Music/Headphones – The workroom can be quiet…if you need noise when you craft feel free to bring a CD player or streaming services. Headphones are a good idea just in case.
Rain/Snow Boots – This time of year it is common for the walkways to be muddy and wet. Waterproof footwear is helpful for walking around camp (hopefully the snow will stay away).
Flashlights – For walking around camp after dark. Areas can be pretty dark, and it is a campground. 😊
Anything else you need to craft comfortably!!
