Welcome to our STOMP information page. You will find everything you need to know about our STOMP right here. What is a STOMP you ask? Well here is how it began.

We have participated in the Sayner “Stamp”ede every spring in Sayner, WI. The “Stamp”ede had many stores and vendors that met in one location and had product and projects on Friday and Saturday during opening fishing weekend. In 2019, the Stampede was postponed for one year. We decided to host a STOMP here at our store. We named it the STOMP, because instead of multiple vendors (a stampede) it was just us…a single vender (STOMP). We had a successful event and all our attendees had a great time. We planned on attending the Stampede the following year; however, COVID came and changed our plans once again. We host the STOMP once again to continue to spread our love for crafting!

Our STOMP will be an annual event every September; our anniversary month. Next year’s dates are:

September 17th – September 19th, 2026

FAQ

Do I need to register for Round Robins or classes?
Yes, registration is required for classes and the round robin events. Each class has a limited number of seats available.

Do I need to prepay for my Round Robin and classes?
Yes, prepayment is required. Because classes are held away from the store, payment must be made at the time of registration.

Do I need to register for Make N’ Takes?
No, Make N’ Takes are a drop-in opportunity. Each station will have 5-6 projects for you…pay for the ones you like, skip the ones you don’t. Each card is $3.50.

What happens if I love a Make N’ Take, can I do more than 1 of the same?
Yes, you can do as many of 1 make N’ take as you want… we will not limit you.

Will there be food available between my classes?
There will be a 2 hour break between events. The Whitney is open in the hotel. There are also fast food resturaants within a short driving distance.

What happens if I can’t make it to the event?
Refunds will be done on a case-by-case basis…however, in most cases we can provide a kit with directions to complete your projects.

Will there be kits available?
If kits are available, they will be on the website for preorder and can be picked up at the event.

Is there a discount on the rooms at the Mead?
Yes, when you call for a hotel reservation (715-423-1500, option 1) please let them know that there is a block of rooms under the STOMP or Let’s Create. If you have any problems with your reservation, please let us know right away.

Do I need to bring any supplies?
Each class has a description with the supplies that are needed for that class. Every event will require scissors and adhesives. We are unable to provide tools and adhesive for the number of people we are planning for.

Will the store be open?
Yes, the store will be open our normal business hours.

Can I purchase merchandise at the Mead?
Yes, we will have product that we are using over at the Mead and we can take all forms of payment.

Is anything happening at the store during the STOMP?
No, all activities will be at the Mead. However, the store will be open for shopping.
